Prices and payment
All prices are in Nigerian naira and include 7.5% VAT. Delivery and installation are shown separately at checkout. Payment is by direct bank transfer to our account; card payment is coming soon. An order is confirmed when payment is received.
Made-to-order items
Made-to-order items require full payment before we order them and cannot be cancelled once ordered.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. If an item is out of stock after you order, we'll tell you within one working day and offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund. See Delivery & installation.
Installation
Installation covers connecting the product to existing, sound plumbing and electrical points. Extra work (new pipework, wiring, tiling) is priced on the day and only done with your agreement.
